Swap Magic CD to HDD Problem

I use USBExtrem to get my games on the HDD. Now i want to get the Swap Magic CD on it, but it will not work. It always says "source drive is invalid". What can be the problem?

i`m not 100% sure but... i don`t think you can load SW from a HD

so what can i do when my SM cd & DVD is nearly out of order? It takes me 20 tries till it loads (when i'm lucky ;) ), so it would be the best, to start both from my HDD. I got the information, that it will not work with the dvd because i start my USBAdvanced with an old PS1 game (something with TOC)
