I have done like that avi2dvd guide says.
But the size of DVD_image.iso is only 1.08 gt and when i watch it from my DVD player the movie goes like 28 minutes and ends! and the movie is like 90 minutes long!

I dont get it

Try use another program (e.g. VSO) to encode the AVI into dvd compliant format, then burn with e.g. Nero:
