VOB to MPEG2 conversion

I am looking for software that can convert a series of VOB's into a single MPEG2 file. I have used Flask etc, however I don't want any additional compression just a fast way of converting the files

Rip the film as a single VOB file (it's one of the settings in decrypter)
Rename the file from .vob to .mpg

simple.
