MPT not recognizing V330

I've already installed MPT and set up my own V220 which worked fine. My friend came over and brought her V330 and own USB. It wasn't recognized and MPT said: "Will not function with a mobile device installed. Do you want to install one now?"

Any ideas on how to get this particular phone up and running with MPT?
