Any programs capture HIGH quality stills from dv playback?

Just wondering if anyone knows a program that will capture an excellent still shot from hi-8/dv tape transfered to pc. I would like to make some printouts.

I used snappy like 5 years ago but don't know whats good now?

adobe premiere works well, although its a bit pricey, but worth it for the full-blown editing features.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
