Hi all

i'm New to forum

I have just bought a new camcorder panasonic NV-GS35EB
I also purchased pinicle studio plus complete with firewire card
conected it to my camcorder and tried to download movie into it
but it wont download movie clip from camcorder
keep getting error message make sure connected to dv port and camera in play mode which i have done but still nothing

can capture clips on camcorder software provided through usb2 cable ok

I need to know if i'm doing something wrong or pinicle is not compatible with panasonic camcorder that i have

spent £50 on this software

any help or advice please
