Are you sure the burner will burn (-) and (+) DVDs?
Is the firmware up to date?
What is the Name and Model # of the burner?

Make sure your burner will burn DVD's as if it is a DVD/CD-RW then it will not burn DVD's

It doesn't show up on my pc it has a pixel problem and my sister took my laptop to her friends house. Do you have any pages that will show up?

You need to make sure you have Adobe Reader( free) to be able to see the other site.
You can try the one below but it is a little out of date as it uses DVDDecrypter to rip the DVD's and that program is not being updated anymore
