I trying to take the .avi files that i've downloaded and turn them into mpegs by using adobe premiere 6.5 so that I can make them into video cds. The problem is, when I export them using adobe mpeg encoder, the resulting mpeg has perfect video, but no sound. Any help would be great.

Dont use adobe premiere. Use other progs like TMPGEnc!! DVD2SVCD!!

I downloaded and installed TMPGEnc and still have the same problem, but I'm probably not using it right. So how do you use it.

well to make a vcd/.svcd is very very easy./ Just click file - project wizard and go from there!!
