I bought Dvd copy plus 4.0 to make copies of my dvd's. I installed all the software and I printed out the documentation to follow the step by step instructions on how to do so. I have an ATAPI DVD-ROM 16X drive and an IDE CD R/RW 8x4x32 drive. I can't get past the Smart Ripper in the program, it keeps locking up and the computer freezes. I have to reboot to get out of the program. I am running Windows ME and have never had a problem with any software until now. (The DVD copy plus is rated for this OS).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
