I have a 4 gig iso and i dont have a dvd burner but i have a cd burner is there anyway where i can compress or split it to fit 700mb but still keeping it an iso i'm using it to backup a game i have

The answer is fairly simply, and really short : NO.
Or i should say, you can split the game into several parts, but you won't be able to play it.

split it into rars and then burn them onto cds and reasemle them when put back onto pc
