is the maxell sale thats a two day sale at office depot worth it for a 25 pack for only 5 dollars??? if so what should i get the made in japans or the taiwan manufactored ones?? does it make a difference???

I try to fish out the Hitachi made maxells.These will say made in japan on the outer shrink wrapper. The taiwanese plus format is also excellent.These will be ritek media.Reports of cmags on some of their dash format!
