Problem with TOOL C, please help

I just bought a new Slim PStwo 70001. I tried putting the "tool C" and there is a piece of metal blocking it from going in. What do i do?

How new is your PSTwo? I got mine a month ago and it seemed like there was something blocking tool C from going into place. I worked with it some more and I eventually got it to slide in place. I am not telling you to be rough with it, but you don't exactly have to be real gentle because the sensor is way down in there. It isn't even some fancy computer chip in there. It is a button that needs to be pushed in.

When you put the Tool C in, make sure that you are holding it straight up when pushing down.

If you are absolutely sure that your version of the PS2 does have something blocking the hole, then you need Tool D shown here:

It says that it is for the new satin silver or ceramic white.

My PS2 is V14. I got tired of messing around with Tool C so I just opened it up. Screw the 1 year warranty, who cares. I put a piece of duct tape over the tool c sensor and another over the tool A sensor. I then removed the spring for the Tool B lever. Now I need no tools and it works fine.
