two xboxs one works the other has a problem!! Help

Hi
I modded two different xboxs one runs the trainers fine the other only runs maby a couple but not the same ones as the other box? I have installed everything the same way I'm using The Xenium chips and I also swaped the chips to make sure one was not bad and they arn't bad? When i swaped the chips my box still would not run those trainers that the other box can run? Also when I put my chip in the other box it ran those trainers. I'm not asking where to get trainers I just want to know whats is going on?

I have tried all the differnt trainers out there for my box and still the same thing!! The settings are the same as the other box?
The only thing differance between the two box's is the other one was refurbished and mine is not?

Can some one help??
