i just bought a ps2 brand new from a man in the market and he asked if i want to buy a swop magic disc for £5 so i bought it and i know it lets you play backup games so can some 1 plz tell me what i need to do do i just put the swop magic disc in the ps2 let is load up and then put the backup game in plz some boddy help.
p.s i have not got a inside chip or a lid chip just a normal ps2.
You will need either a slide tool or a Fliptop, the Slide tool allows you to open the tray so that your can swap for the backup which does not void you warranty or you can get a Fliptop which is just a lid on top of the disc drive that allows you to flip it open and swap which is easier than a slide tool but Fliptops will void your warranty.
