Hope this isn´t too obvious a question, I´ve looked through several manual, but didn´t find an answer. I will also be doing tests, but if I want to copy a DVD that has menus and different languages using DVD shrink or DVDdecripter, will the menus and languages go along too, or will they be omitted? Thanks!

As long as you do a full back up and don't uncheck the different audios or subtitles your back up will be just like the original but compressed if using a single layer disc.

rip the dvd with dvd fab and then use Nero to burn the whole dvd if you want all the menus and subtitles check all the options so you wont lose it while burning it
