About every 15 seconds or so(maybe even more often than that) the movie skips for about a second. The audio is perfect though. I have no probs converting to DVD files. The DVD's I create from avi's play perfect in my computer dvd player. Im using 8x DVD's but burn at 4. I have tried all different speeds and methods and get the same results everytime.!! arg

whats the media you used to burn to?
whats the program you used?
is this a DVD9 or dvd 5 disc?
if a dvd 5 did you customise the disc before you burnt allowing the burn to only go as far as 4200 megs or did you burn to the outer edge?
