Hello - I recently purchased Slyfox and CloneDVD2, but I can't seem to get it to work. Everytime I start to write a disc, I finish "Creating DVD Files", but then all of a sudden it says "Insert Recordable Media into Drive D!!!" Drive D is my original copy disc, and is only DVD readable. I have copied DVD's using Nero 6, but cant use Clone for some reason....please help.
My DVD drives are (D): Samsung CDRW/DVD SM 308B (Standard DELL Order Part) and the Burner is (F) Sony DVD RW DW-Q30A.

Thanks!!

Interesting problem. Are you sure CloneDVD "sees" your burner as a burner? I mean, the last point at which you can interact with the program before starting the backup procedure, "LISTS" your drives. You should "select" which drive to use as the burner (assuming the program recognizes it and lists it for selection. Other than that, I am not able to come up with a solution for you.

in CloneDVD screen {output method)listed as (dvdwriter)above window,on the right side your drive should be there,to select.

Sounds like a possible firmware update is needed

Or maybe a fresh install of CloneDVD2.

Try going into Settings>Control Panel>System>Hardware tab>Device Manager>

And make sure that the drives are operating properly.
