hi all, I have some television episodes that i wanted to put on 2 dvds with menus. they were in divx format so i encoded them using divxtodvd. I then loaded them into dvdlab 1.3 and created the menus. created the dvd on my harddrive and tested it with powerDVD and it worked fine.

I then burnt the disc and tried it with the dvd player in my bedroom. This player is about 6 yrs old RCA that isnt supposed to play dvd-r but it worked fine. Then i tried my dvd player in my living room which is a samsung hd841. One of the discs wouldnt even load, the other one would load but all the menus were messed up. ie title menu had samsung logo from the default screen showing through. if i selected chapters page only the buttons would load with the title menu in the background.

Any ideas on why this happens? Its just odd because I have never had this problem with the samsung player.
