Guilty Gear X is 717MB. How do I burn it?

I have a .bin image of Guilty Gear X but I am not sure how to get it on a CD-R. The case of the game says CD-R but the size is too big to be made into a CD-R and too little for a DVD. Any recommendations?

burn the image on a cd-r with software that supports the .bin format (nero, cdrwin etc..)

I have that down. I have Alcohol 120%. The problem I am having is that the image is slightly over 700MB. The CD-R limit is 700MB meaning that the disc is too small for the game. How can I get this on a disc?

if you load the image up in alcohol it should burn it no problem (yes eventhough it's bigger). If that doesn't work then try cdrwin 'cause that always worked for me (yes even with isos bigger than the disc).
