Hi guys, I am experiencing a very strange problem with this program and hope someone can help. I use a program called "Image Grabber". It makes a template of pic's of the DVD that I am making. When I click on it, it sais to use FFDSHOW. When I do all I get is 25 pics that are all black with grey bars on it instead of pic's of the movie. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Should I be setting up FFDSHOW somehow?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you want you can write me at
