The subtitles and audio fields come up blank in DVD shrink. Is this common?

Not that huge of a problem, really. Just a little annoying. When I load a DVD/ISO into DVD shrink, 90% of the time the language and subtitle fields come up blank. They show up, but I can't tell what each one is so cutting my DVD is a pain. Is this a common problem? I've tried to reinstall diffrent versions of DVD shrink but they all do it to me. If anyone could help me with this, that would be great:D

Nobody has ever seen this? I really need help and this is the only forum I know of.

Check your settings in the main screen of DVD Shrink, go to Edit...Preferences...and make sure the hide subtitles is not checked like so:
