Can I replace my bios?

I got stuck with a cheap Magic 3.1+ modchip, which i think flashed my bios too hard. Can I use the DMS4 modchip or some other chip to "replace" or somehow bypass the damaged bios?

How can it flash the bios to hard, it doesnt flash the ps2's original bios, it flashes its own bios.
