My xbox psu seemed to be burnig out...i odered and replaced the unit..by the way..do the original psu's come with white crap all over or between the capictors or is that a result of the burn out?..Anyway, I replaced it and it turned on for a second then turned off. I turned on again..it just clicks as if to turn back off... what should i do now..
