swap magic 3.6 help?

i know im a couple years late with this but i jus bought swap magic 3.6 for usa (ntsc) ps2 and i DL an iso (true nyc crime) and burn it to using dvd Decrypter (MODE>ISO>WRITE) method but when i finishes swapping the discs it still says this "please insert a ps or ps2 format disc" i dunno what i did wrong????
type of media used-Sonic DVD-R 8X discs i don't think it's the media tho they work perfect for my movies

It might be your discs. I've never tried Sonic, but the best out there are Taiyo Yuden, Sony, and Verbatim. What speed did you burn it at? With an 8X disc, you should go around 4X. Also, have you tried rebuilding the game?

i jus got it to work i jus kept doin it over and over for 10 mins lol i think theres something wrong with the dvd magic disc when i first put it in before the load screen comes up it says playstaion 2 but it's really fuzzy and looks distorted i compared it to the cd magic disc
it's brand new tho
there no way to reburn it is there????
i 'll try email the store to see if i can send it back for a new copy

I had the same problem with my DVD disc and the company that I got it from sent out a new one right away. It's definitely worth a shot.
