I can Rip it but I cant burn it.

i keep getting an error message through dvdshrink saying not enough memory.

The error message you are getting is from the copy protection. Here is a link to some answers: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/254312

Make sure that you rip the movie to your HDD in File mode, use DVD43(free) or AnyDVD, not both, running behind DVD Shrink.
