hey guys i got the latest version of mobile phone tools and me and my sis both got motorola phone shes got the v635 and i got the v551 when i run mobil phone tools it initilizes and everything goes smooth up untill the point i go to the multimedia studio whenever i try to transfer pic from my phone to my computer or from my computer to my phone there is no connectino a window pops up and says "mobile phone tools was unable to connect with your mobile phone" and in the multimidea studio the part where u can make ringtones i cant save mp3 it wont let me keeps saying it faild has any one had this problem befor or can someone plz help me im relly getting ticked off with these phones.
