I Install DVDfAb Decrypter I try to use for the first time I put the dvd click starte and it crash need to now if some one cud guide me to learm to use it Help

the version of the program?
the media you are using to burn to?

Well I got Nero 7 and 2 Burner one is a
Liteon DVD RW LDW 411S + - and a Optorite DVD RW DD1205 + -
I open dvdfab them put a dvd moive in the drive and the Source show the name of the moive and the Targe say D:\My Documents|dvd\
then I click start then I get and Erro saying in the Crash Report
CRASH DUM DMP FILE
My media is from Verbatim I got DVD -R AND DVD + R
The Fab dint start working keep me out
If some where i may got to get step by step guide.
Yes I know theis Dam Newbe
