is there any programs that are free that do not watermark the avi file to dvd when u make copy thanks for any answers

Try encode with VSO (freeware version), then burn with e.g. Nero:

Use TheFilmMachine available for free here on aD. Take longer to encode (use QuEnc) but the quality is unbelievably better than VSO.

Conclusion:
VSO- short encode time, ok quality
TheFilmMachine- longer encode time, excellent quality
