Demultiplex a video only file help please

Hi,
I have a file (not quite sure what type but I think AVI based) that contains video only from 3 cameras and i need to seperate out just one of the streams.
can any one help with a sugestion of how to do it.

Graphedit should be able to do it no matter what stream. Most apps I would imaging could handle the first stream if that is the one that you want.

I think it is the second stream I need so I will try Graphedit.
