i copied and burned a game using dvd decrypter and combined with swap magic 3.6 and the slide tool, it plays slowly, and the music skips something feirce. i then went through the whole process again twice, once with dvd decrpter and once with nero smartstart, both at writing them as slow as possible. neither on of those will load at all. i then burned another game using my original method with decrypter, letting it write at its own speed and it plays, but yet the music and commentary sound like broken records. i'm using sony dvd+r disc for my backups. please HELP!

Try burning at half the speed of the DVD you are using.

If that doesnt work try DVD-Rs.

It *is* pretty easy... if you make decent burns.

Don't know what to say if your burner doesn't agree with you, since Sony DVD+Rs are considered to be pretty decent media. What burner model are you using, and which game in particular is giving you problems? You might try updating your burner's firmware and defragmenting your hard drive first before burning any more stuff. That, and test your burned DVDs with Nero CDSpeed.
