ryo155--
What is the software that came with the PC? I have to believe that you got Nero or Sonic, WinDVD or something? Have you checked with Dell? What are the PC Spec's? I am sure we can help you find something.

The Sonic Record Now is a good program--I use it often--Burns CD's and DVD's--I am certain that you also have a player, tell us the programs you have and we'll let you know which will play the DVD's--

Just keep your eye on this one, someone will come along soon and assist you, the forum covers several different countries and at present most are off line, mainly us Aussies here now. Be patient and good things will come. Cheers, unfortunately I cannot assist.

When you say "burned", do you mean the ones you burned on this drive? Did you try both the (+) and the (-) formats? What is the brand of the disk you are trying to play?
