My first time "ripping".. need some help!

I have tried "ripping" one of my dvd's to my computer. The first program I used was some POS that loaded me with adware/spyware and only ripped about 01:40:00 out of the total 02:14:00, the program was "DVD Rip N Burn".. The next few programs I used weren't able to rip it because it was copyright protected or something.. The last program I used was "1st DVD Ripper", which only ripped 00:30:00 of the 02:14:00..

I aquired the programs with google searches and download.com searches..

I need a good program. (I think)

To rip copy protected DVDs to your hard drive check out these guides ...

Now if you want to burn the images to a DVD, you will need to shrink any disc that's larger than 4.38 GB with DVD Shrink

I agree with the whole "piracy is morally wrong" thing. I do legally own this dvd.. The only reason I want it on my computer is because my dvd drive reads super slow. it has to pause every 2 seconds to keep up. When I get it on my computer I will be able to watch it without all the skipping.. lol

Thanks for the info, I am using DVDFab Decrypter at this very moment!
