Winhiip - HD Loader - Backup???

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to use Winhiip to transfer the files to the HDD (HDLoader, Swap Magic, etc..) that you would normally use with the MC exploit, then set the MC exploit up that way.
I hope my question is pretty self explanitory, sorry if I'm confusing.
