Hi. I downloaded a movie and I just got one big 7 gig ISO File. Is there any way to convert this file back into VOB's so I can make two dvd5 out of this file?

Basically, you first need to extract the original files from the iso. You may do this by mounting the iso onto a virtual drive, then copy the contents back onto the hardisk, or use IsoBuster to extract the files.

If inside the iso is a video_ts folder, then you could use e.g. Apollo DVD Copy to burn to two DVD-5, or the 'reauthor' function of Shrink to split the contents and burn to two dvd-5s.

You could try the open disk image option in DVD Shrink - then go to reauthor mode to get rid of unnecessary extras and then backup as a Video_TS files
