New Here...Having Problems using WINAVI Video Converter

Well this is just Dandy...

I got the real good program, and its registered, and when I go to install it, after its all installed, it says it won't run. The program just goes to error send report mode..then that's it.


I don't even get to see the prgram part of it, or wut the GUI looks like on the program...


PLease, any info woudl be great. Is it a registry problem...do I need to factory re store my whole com all over and rebuild???
