Can't write to DLA formatted CD

Hi
I just inserted a blank CD-R disc into my writer to write an avi file and by mistake formatted the cd with DLA which is set to autorun on blank cds...now I cant write on the CD with a cd-writing software and whats worse is there is only 590 mb space on the cd after formatting. Plz tell me how to go about converting this cd to a writable one so I can write my movie on it and get rid of this packet-writing dla crap.
