Thanks for this forum; it makes me less self-conscious about my ignorance.

Since DVD Decrypter is no longer updated, I plan to switch to DVDFab Decrypter. I like being able to burn with DVD Decrypter after decrypting, and I'm wondering if I can also burn with DVDFab, or if I should keep burning with the old DVD Encrypter.

If not, do you wise people recommend that I keep burning with DVD Decrypter (after decrypting with DVDFab), or that I use a different burner? And if the latter, can you recommend a good freeware burner?

Thanks very much.

DVDFab Decrypter does not burn. Its only a ripper. DVD Decrypter can do any movie with the help of a PSL2 file from PgcEdit. - http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=56831

(Trust me it looks complicated but, with the new "Wizard", all your doing is clicking a option or next. It is great!)

Re: burning program, I recommend you use ImgBurn to burn your ISO images. Its free, and the same person who created DVD Decrypter created ImgBurn. It looks identical to DVD Decrypter in ISO Write mode. - http://www.imgburn.com/

Dvdfab decrypter is a ripper only and is not capable of burning iso's like dvd decrypter. There is no reason that you can not continue useing dvdd to burn your iso's. Another freeware proggy you can use to burn iso's is imgburn (also by lightning UK).

Sorry jmet, you sneeked in before mine was posted.
