Problem reading an already burnt DVD..HELP!!!!!!

I have a movie on DVD-R format. I read it with DVD Decrypter and it worked. It copied a single iso file 4.2 GB big. Also a smaller file. My problem is watching it . It won't. I looked in the original and it has a VIDEO_TS folder with the VIDEO files that I get when I read a movie from the store. Why don't I get the sam e exact files when I read it. Thanks for the feedback.

Re-rip the dvd. In DVD Decrypter (Mode) toolbar select File. Instead of ISO
