fifa 06 career problem

hi all. im really starting to get annoyed with the career mode in fifa 06. i started out managing totenham hotspurs. i won the champions league, 2 league titles, fa cup and 2 league cups. then i managed sevilla. i won the spanish title, spanish cup and champions league. then came newcastle united. i got half way through the season and was sacked. i now manage west ham united and am currently 3rd in the table. with all this success i am bringing, im wondering why the hell im not gettinig an offer of management from the big clubs like man utd or real madrid. ? what does it take to do this. if anyone knows, please please reply. thanks all in advance.
