i hope it is not agianst the roles talking about mod chip with one is good for ........

ok guys the profesional one can u tell me which mod chip should i buy i want to buy one i recently looked at a mod chip which was soderless "The DMS4 E.Z.I lite" please tell me is this a good mod chip or please help me out
