OK i come from a country where all the games you can find are pirated and those games work in my PS2. but when I burn my own games they dont work! any halp will be appreciated

P.S I have tried by burned games on my feinds PS2 they work on his.

Surely you can see how you've kinda answered your own question. Your doing something wrong m8 or your burners had it.

There,s a tutorial on this site for burning Image files & it really is a doddle to do.

Does your burner work with other files? for films etc?
What software you using, have you tried alternative?
Try burning at diff speeds. If your using Nero it will auto set off at the max poss write speed. This sometimes is a little to quick for the PS2 so try it a little slower.

I can appreciate your problem but let me assure you if youv done tasks like defrag on your pc then youv surpassed the tech know how required to burn a PS2 back-up, it really is that simple, but as with anything on a PC, when you run into a problem it makes the task seem a thousand times harder because you dont know where to start to put the problem right.

Sorry for the bad spelling in the first post. Well I said I came from a country where all the games you can find are pirated and those games work in my PS2, so obviosly I have a modded PS2. I also mentioned that the games I burn work on my freinds PS2, so I am burning them right. I use DVD Decrypter and have tried burning at 1x to no avail. I hae also tried cleaning the laser on the PS2.
