is the europe xbox 360 in english? and are the games in english. Im in australia and i dont want to wait till next march to get it so im wanna buy 1 from europe... will it work??

Yes it is in english. Don't know about germany or france, they don't understand anything but their own language, so everything has to be dubbed and translated.

Games are in english too, you misunderstood me. But they might have german or french as default, but you can change it of course.

if u live in aus then u shouldnt get a 360 from europe because the game coding is different like i cant get a game from china because its not an NTSC code which my xbox is (u can tell what the games coding is by looking for a little white box on the front)so if u get the 360 from europe than u have to get all the games from europe too so get the 360 in the us if ur going to get a 360 cus we have so many web sites where u can get game across the world that are NTSC like a us xbox

europe has PAL not NTSC, aus has PAL so i should be able 2.

I live in the US, but work in the Europe and have found an XBOX 360 for my kids. Are you telling me NOT to buy it since they would be using it -- and buying games -- in US?

Don't buy it, us has different electricity sockets and voltage (us 110v, eu 210v-230v) than eu. And different "format", NTSC for us and PAL for eu. Not to mention that games have region codes. Only way to get a us 360 is from ebay, which I don't recommend. Although I heard that the second shipment of xbox's will retail around 18th of december.
