Anyone know what this error (VTS_14_0,IFO) means? I am getting it on this movie only and no matter what burning software, Nero, Clone, XCopy.

Are you using ANYDVD in conjunction with CloneDVD2? I was able to burn this movie no problems using this combo...

Yes, I am using Any DVD. Maybe it's just a bad copy since all other movies have been working and you were able to do it.

1. try cleaning the disk with a micro fibre lens cloth, with a dab of rubbing alcohol,
2. Look for defects somewhere around the outer edges of your disk.
3. check for the latest version of AnyDVD, should be 5.6.1.1.
one of these might help.

I have already sent something to Slysoft about this
Just out of curiousity are you using a LightScribe Drive or a Liteon DVD-Rom ? Because there seems to be a problem with this one and these drive

Thats what I thought this problem seems to be linked to Lightscribe drives and certain Liteon Readers
I have even tried this Movie on other peoples Drives that I know and discussed this on a couple of Forums now
From the results I have seen and heard about from others this movie cant be Ripped on a Lightscribe drive
I had to swap out my Liteon 16P9S with my old Sony DDU1621 Reader to be able to do this one on one Machine my other two it worked just fine
The Lightscribe Drives tested so far are as follows
BenQ 1620,Hp 740 and 640is and a LG 4166b all these drives seem to get the same Error
If anyone else can comfirm this Error on a Lightscribe Drive Please post the Make and Model so I can send this info to Slysoft so they can see about fixing this Problem or send them a Support Ticket with the information needed
I was able to get it to work one time with Version 5.5.1.1 but now even that doesnt work after installing the latest update

Thats great but are you using a Lightscribe burner or a Liteon DVD-Rom?

Hopefully Slysoft will have a fix for this soon but we will have to wait and see what happens

There are no Firmware updates for the HP 740i yet
You can try it if you have another drive you use to Rip with but as far as an update for your burner your stuck with the current Firmware until they release an Update for it
Also this drive is a Rebadged LG 4166b without DVD Ram support so when LG finally releases a firmware update for the 4166B you should be able to crossflash it
I dont know why HP does this other than to get you to buy another drive when all you need is a Firmware upgrade but they do

I just tried copying it too, got an error. using AnyDVD latest version. it failed at 4 percent when just doing the main movie no features. tried it like 4 times always the same thing. went into dvdshrink settings and changed region from any region to just region 1 and it is working now. not sure why that would be, but it worked.
