i bout a PS2 SLIM SCPH-70004 PAL it cannot read NTSC games.
what need to do? pls help!!!

You need Swap magic, or a modchip.

Yeah, You need swap magic or A mod-chip.

If You have swap magic then You need to boot up swap magic hit down on the controller once. change the video mode to NTSC then press X to load the game. It's that simple :)

i also found out that my unit can only read original discs. not pirated that is...
is there anyway i can download free PAL PS2 GAMES and burn them on CD-R or CD-RW? cause i don't have DVD-WRITER right now. i mean can they still play on my console?
