Mobile phone tool doesn't synchronize

I have a problem. I downloaded a mobile phone tool (multiple) times today, but it seems like it can't synchronize anything in both directions (from phone to pc, and the other way around). I can't click on the melody button too. Does that connect with my problem in a way? Can someone please tell what I may be doing wrong, and how I can fix it? I'm at the end of my wits here!
