Using PgcEdit and VOBBlanker

can anyone tell me how to use PgcEdit and VOBBlanker if i wanted to use these on any movie?
i know how to use it with MADAGASCAR but how do you do it for any other? do you have to use DVDFab Express or DVD Decryptor first?
reason i ask this is i turned on AnyDVD and put Shark Tale in. then i started PgcEdit and it found 1 infected file.

Ok, Im new at using these programs, but as far as i know, you need to decrypt them first with DVD Decrypter in file mode, then use pgc edit and find out which VOB file has the bad sectors, take a note of the bad sectors, and then open VOB blanker and select the VOB file with the bad sectors, blank out the bad sectors with the button "blank" on the right side of it and then click process,..it wioll output the files to the folder you tell it to and then you can shrink it with shrink or Nero recode.///hope this sorta helps you out
