i have an xbox 360 and im trying to change my hdtv settings from 480p to 720p. when i switch the from 480 to 720 im suposed to get a picture within 10 seconds, if not i go back to default (480p). im not getting a picture. i checked everything, the cables (theyre in and match on their proper colors and the switch is set to hdtv), tv controls, everything. please help me figure this out.

Most modern HDTVs should be able to automatically convert or switch from 480p to 720p. If it doesn't, then take your tv back to where u got it from and exchange it for one that would switch automatically.
