Hey guys I'm trying to go online with my PS2 for the first time(better late than never)what do I need to start off. For some reason every store I call doesn't seem to know jack sh*t. I already have a broadband internet connection, where do I go from here? any help would be great and I'm sorry to waste your time with this question.
No I don't have the adapter yet so after the adapter I just plug in my connection and thats it. Does Sony charge to play online I heard that its free....is that true. (sorry for the stupid questions)
Then its probably not going to be as easy as just plugging your ps2 into your modem. My isp required a separate ip address for my ps2 (connection was based on mac addresses), so i got a router and was able to bypass it.
