(Newbie) DVD/VOB Help!!!

I have a DVD with four vob files that i need to upload on the company website. Where do i start? Can I merge it to one VOB and then compress and upload it, is there a better more effiecient way? I have smartripper and adobe premiere and I am a beginner with both programs any help will be appreicated.

How is the final file going to be used and do you already know what kind of compression you're going to use? You can certainly merge a set of VOBs to a single file (or separate video and audio files) to compress, but exactly how you should go about this process will depend on what your final format is going to be.
