ive just aquired a copy of dvdcopy95 which is dvd copying software which does what dvd2one 1.2 should have. dvdcopy95 copies the complete original incl. extras,and menus and also supports "series" dvds such as stargate etc... i have now used dvdxcopy, dvd2one and pinnacle instant copy and none have been as good as dvdcopy95. pinnacle does the same thing but the end movie file is not as good quality and also takes approx. 3-4 hours whereas dvdcopy95 only takes 2-3 hours. has anyone else tried dvdcopy95 and what are your thoughts, mine are that only clonedvd can top this if and when it comes out. see ya all c.

I have also tried this software but found that I could not burn the resultant files with Nero - it hangs every time - can you advise me if there are special settings or of you ise different burning software

never use nero for copying dvdrs as it is not 100% dvd compliant, i use stomps recordnow max and it works great. i have also used prassi and this was o.k also. hope this helps. c.

Thanks I will check it out. I did manage to burn a copy of enemy at the gates with dvd95copy and found that the quality of the main footage was acceptable but the quality of the extras was extremely poor with so many artefacts that I could not make out the people etc. Also a couple of the extra items like deleted scenes resulted in a crunching of the dvd and no further action (just hung the dvd player)

Have you had anything similar ?
